In addition to products offered, the following services are available to approved customers at no charge:
- Directory Assistance
- TTY Directory Designation
- Alternative format bills and bill inserts. Receive your paper bill in Braille or large print or sign up for eBill to view and pay your SaskTel bill online.
Some special needs products/services are subsidized. Subsidies for products/ services must be applied for and subsidies are only available to residential customers. There is a limit of one subsidized product/service per residential customer however, all special needs products/services are available to anyone at the regular, non-subsidized price.

Any customers or businesses (including schools, churches, hospitals, government agencies, etc.) wanting special needs products which SaskTel does not provide, can contact these special needs suppliers.
