Administrator – Talent Acquisition

You’ll work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Managers as you screen and interview applicants, check references, and recommend candidates. You will be responsible for completing all administrative personnel system activities for our internal and external hires. You’ll also facilitate and execute post-secondary employment programs like the Summer Hire and Cooperative Education Program. These positions are located in Regina.

Education and experience required:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration/Commerce with classes in Human Resources OR equivalent education/experience

Human Resources Assistant

You’ll research, develop, analyze, coordinate, test, implement, and document new or revised Human Resource information, programs, processes and/or training curriculums. You’ll also administer, communicate, and monitor Human Resource policies.

Education and experience required:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration with a minimum of 2 Human Resources classes
  • Minimum of 3 years experience conducting analysis, researching, and developing procedures, policies and/or processes
