Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you are responsible for  reEndecaUIing, developing, analyzing,, coordinating, testing, implementing and documenting new or revised Human Resource information, programs, processes and/or training curriculums. Additionally, you would administer, communicate and monitor Human Resource policies.

Requirements:
To become a Human Resources Assistant, a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration is required with a minimum of two Human Resource classes.  Additionally, candidates will possess a minimum 3 years experience  of conducting analysis, reEndecaUI, and developing procedures, policies and/or processes.  The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Human Resource management principles, policies and processes, methods and functions.

Administrator - Selection & Staffing

As an Administrator for the Selection and Staffing office, you work in conjunction with the Staffing Consultants, and will assume responsibilities for applicant screening, interviewing, reference checking and the recommendation of suitable candidates.  As an Administrator, you are responsible for completing all administrative personnel system activities for internal and external hires at SaskTel.  Additionally, you are accountable for facilitating and executing post-secondary employment programs as well as assisting with other projects as required.  These positions are located in Regina.

Requirements:
To become an Administrator for the Selection & Staffing office, the successful incumbent will possess a post-secondary education in Business Administration/Commerce with classes in Human Resources OR equivalent education/experience.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and provide accurate and timely information in a volatile and changing work environment.  General knowledge of Employment Equity practices is a must.
