Internet SupportService TechnicianSaskTel's Technical Assistants (Internet Support) provide information, guidance, and assistance to Help Desk staff, customers and other SaskTel departments. Based out of Regina, they provide technical support for hardware, software and Operating System (OS) problem determination and resolution. They perform research and analysis of new and emerging technologies, administer the servers and databases and develop documentation and provide training for Help Desk staff. There are both full-time and part-time opportunities in this area.
