SalesService Representatives are SaskTel's entry-level sales positions and are found in various departments within the Customers Services Division. These positions represent the Corporation in all types of customer contacts including determining customer's needs and requirements, recommending solutions, sale of products and services, collection and adjustment of accounts and handling public inquiries. A description of the various types of Service Representative positions are listed below: Outbound Telemarketing Service RepresentativeService Representatives in the outbound telemarketing area at SaskTel promote and sell, over the telephone, SaskTel products and services to existing customers. Service Representatives determine customer needs and requirements, and recommend optimum service solutions to the customer. Incoming Client Inquires Service RepresentativeService Representatives that manage "incoming" client requests are located in various departments within SaskTel, including Customer Services and Mobility. These Service Representatives determine customer needs and requirements in a competitive environment, initiate and prepare sales proposals and recommend optimum service solutions to the customer. Front Line Service RepresentativeService Representatives that deal face to face with SaskTel clients are typically located in SaskTel's retail locations, such as the Telmart stores. Service Representatives deal with customers for the purpose of retail sales, product returns and repairs, trade shows and equipment demonstrations.
Sales AssociateSaskTel's Sales Associates are intermediate level sales positions and are responsible for developing business solutions and delivering sales strategies, proposals and presentations to secure sales opportunities.
Sales CoordinatorSales Coordinator positions are accountable for effective Management of Projects using consistent project management methodologies, skills, tools and techniques. They anticipate and manage the needs of SaskTel's client base by delivering outstanding customer service and value.
Account RepresentativeSaskTel's Account Representatives are responsible for contacting assigned customer accounts to sell integrated voice/data/image products, services and solutions. They are responsible for establishing and meeting personal revenue goals including, win-backs, new revenue and the protection of existing revenue. As SaskTel's senior sales force, they are leaders of the account team, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.
