Service Technician
SaskTel's Service Technicians (Internet Support) support and troubleshoot micro computers as related to the Internet for internal and external customers. They may escalate hardware/software problems to appropriate personnel as required. These positions are typically casual in nature and are located in Regina, Saskatoon and Moose Jaw.
Requirements:
The education qualifications require a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Networking OR Certificate in Business Administration (with Computer Science classes) OR thorough knowledge of internet/networking support, typically gained with three years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of the internet and associated applications and processes is a must.
