  • 21 earned days off and 5 family leave days (full-time employees)
  • 13 personal days off (full-time management)
  • 11 statutory holidays
  • 1 floating holiday
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation (after 1 year of service) that increases the longer you work for us

Leaves of absence

Maternity leave, parental and adoption leave are available to you. For Maternity leave we will top-up your employment insurance income to 95% of your regular wage for up to 17 weeks.

Personal leave, education leave, compassionate care leave and other forms of leave are also available upon request.
