Sustainable Forest Management
DirectWest only uses paper containing 100% CSA, FSC and SFI certified wood fibres. CSA, FSC and SFI certified wood fibres come from specific forests that are harvested and managed according to the strictest environmental, social and economic standards. Furthermore, the wood fibres are chain-of-custody certified and can be tracked from the forest of origin to the product. This process of sustainable forest management helps ensure that our forests can thrive for years to come.

If you prefer to use our online, text or mobile phonebooks and do not wish to receive a print phonebook, please send your name and address to dw@directwest.com. Please note that due to customer relocations and changes in customer needs, you will need to contact us each year you choose not to receive our print phonebook.
