Quality of Service

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) sets quality of service standards for a number of items related to SaskTel's service provisioning and repair service. The purpose is to ensure that consumers receive an acceptable level of service from their telecommunications service provider. SaskTel tracks it's performance on these standards and files reports with the CRTC each quarter.
