SaskTel non-tariffed products and services are divided into sections listed below. You’ll find service descriptions, terms and conditions, and rates of products and services that are not regulated or for which the CRTC has forborne.
This category includes various reference tools for use of the Non-Tariffed Products and Services material. In addition to a table of contents and alphabetical index, it contains explanations of symbols and terms used within the book and a listing of all trademarked names mentioned.
Residential Services
Residential Services contains information about the conditions of service for SaskTel’s residential single line network access.
Business Services
Business Services provides descriptions, conditions of service and rates of various SaskTel services available to business customers, such as Centrex, Megalink and UC 500 Communication Systems.
Business and Residential Services (Shared)
The items in this category offer descriptions, terms of service and applicable rates of SaskTel services and fees that are applicable to both business and residential customers. Such items include SaskTel Voicemail, SmartTouch Subscription Service, Seasonal Service and Dishonoured Payment Charges.

Wireless Data
Wireless Data includes the terms and conditions of all Wireless Data, BlackBerry and Smartphone service plans offered by SaskTel.
Broadcast
This category contains a description and terms and conditions of SaskTel’s Max Entertainment Services.
Included in this category are the terms of service of various SaskTel Internet service offerings, such as Internet Bundles, E-mail Protection Services and SaskTel’s High Speed Internet Commitment Pricing Program.
Basic Toll Schedules
The items in this category include schedules outlining the rates of long distance calls not covered by SaskTel long distance plans, basic toll discounts and operator and calling card surcharges.
