SaskTel Launches Streaming Video Clip Service

SaskTel today announced the launch of its Streaming Video Clip Service provided by QuickPlay Media. Streaming Video will allow SaskTel cellular customers to instantly watch the latest in news, weather, sports and entertainment highlights as well as music videos and movie trailers. The content will be refreshed regularly by a wide selection of broadcast channels including CBC, MuchMusic, Tribute, Comedy Time and many more.

SaskTel Streaming Video Clip Service will offer unlimited anytime viewing for $10 per month and includes an unlimited Mobile Browser subscription. Streaming video content is streamed directly to the phone with no need to download content providing a better viewing experience.  The service will initially be available on the Samsung Jive (a920) handset, with new compatible models becoming available in the future.
