SaskTel today announced that Mark H. Goldberg & Associates Inc. has been selected as the independent third party to conduct an analysis of the impacts and risks that the MTS acquisition may have for SaskTel.

“The SaskTel Chair of the Board and I contacted numerous telecom consultants in Canada and have selected Mark Goldberg’s company to complete the review,” said Ron Styles, SaskTel President and CEO. “It is anticipated that the review will be complete by the third week of June and will be released publicly.”

Mark Goldberg has over 35 years of international experience in strategic planning, managing, designing and implementing telecommunications carrier networks. His company provides a wide range of consulting to the telecommunications industry including: Business planning, strategic advisory services, carrier relations, network design, RFP evaluations, project management and operations reviews.
