Next Generation Access Infrastructure (NGAI)Building a Better Network for Saskatchewan As part of SaskTel’s next generation access infrastructure (NGAI) program to deliver increased internet bandwidth and improved Max™ television service to our customers, we will be upgrading our network throughout the remainder of 2006. These upgrades will result in intermittent interruptions to communication services which may last only a few minutes or up to four hours in each area as the upgrades are completed. Telephone, security systems, internet and Max services may be affected. SaskTel will be sending a direct mail letter to notify customers approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the work being completed in their particular area. We will also be using an automated call two days prior to the work being conducted to provide a more specific date. SaskTel regrets any interruption in service, and we will make every effort to keep service disruptions to a minimum. By upgrading our network, SaskTel will be in a strong position to offer our customers improved service in the coming months and years. SaskTel High Speed Internet customers will experience higher internet speeds and increased bandwidth. Max customers will have access to high definition television as well as service to more than two TVs at a time. A stronger network will also allow SaskTel to deliver next generation services such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). We appreciate your patience as we build a better network for Saskatchewan.
