Call Forward Universal redirects your calls to another designated phone, like your wireless device, so you'll always be accessible. You have control over the Call Forward Universal feature, where your calls are forwarded to and when they are to be no longer forwarded.


To use Call Forward Universal:
1.) Dial *72.
2.) After hearing three short beeps followed by a dial tone, enter the phone number you want your call forwarded to.

3.) To cancel Call Forward Universal, dial *73.
