Tethered Data

Tethered Data allows you to connect your laptop to the Internet using your Smartphone, BlackBerry® device, or cellular phone anywhere within the extensive digital network.

• Access your e-mail, corporate network, or any website.
• Experience high speed and the reliability of the most advanced wireless network in the province.

There are two ways to use Tethered Data:

1. With your Smartphone or BlackBerry device and a subscription to a Data plan.
2. With your cell phone and a subscription to a Mobile Internet Service Plan.

Your Tethered Data usage comes out of the data included in your wireless data service plan. Tethered Data is available wherever capable devices are able to roam. See Coverage and roaming for more information.
