What you will need to complete the form.
You will need your SaskTel Customer Account Number and billing information located on your SaskTel phone bill. If you do not have a Customer Account Number please send an email to: conferencing@sasktel.com with your company's name, your name, phone number, billing address and e-mail address.
What happens after I submit my application form?
You will be contacted within two working days of filling out the online form or submitting an e-mail. We will provide you with the status of your application and supply you with any additional information you may require.
