Max Local On Demand
Max Local On Demand is a new channel addition available free to all SaskTel Max Entertainment Services subscribers. Max Local On Demand focuses on celebrating local achievements in arts and entertainment, sports, and events. Local On Demand is television for you, by you.
Max Local On Demand lets you watch programs at your convenience with DVD/VCR functionality, including pause, fast forward, and rewind. You can watch a favourite program whenever you like and as often as you like.
Watch our Max Local On Demand Streaming Video. The video requires Windows Media Player and is available in broadband, medium and low bandwidth. If you do not have Windows Media Player please go to our Get Help with Attachments and Plugins section.
How do I find Max Local On Demand?
Max Entertainment Services customers can find Local On Demand in these locations:
- Channel 48
- on the My City page, or
- Max Front Row page.

Become a Community Producer for Max Local On Demand
We invite you and/or your association to get involved in community programming by submitting videos of local events. Your programming will be broadcast to Max Entertainment Services audiences in Estevan, Moose Jaw, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Weyburn and Yorkton.
- See your local association's event on TV!
- Use your creative expression to promote and build community awareness and pride.
- Strengthen your community by providing content that is not just produced locally, but is developed communally.
How do I get my video on Max Local On Demand?

Print our Max Local On Demand Video Production Guide (PDF) to help you produce the best possible video. |
Step 2: |
Use the Production Guide to help plan and shoot your video. Be sure to follow the Video Submission Requirements (also included in the Guide), as all videos submitted will be subject to review for broadcast suitability. |

Print and complete the following forms and have them signed where indicated:

Send your video and the completed Video Submission and Release Form (PDF) to the address indicated on the form. |

Sponsorship
Corporate or private sponsorship to fund videos submitted to Max Local On Demand is permitted, provided that such sponsorship adheres to the CRTC Community Channel Policy. Refer to the CRTC government web site at for more details.
