• a 10-4 subscription,
• a SaskTel post-paid cellular rate plan,
• access to the 1X network, and
• other 10-4 subscribers to talk to.

Where is it available?
10-4 service operates anywhere on SaskTel's 1x data network and is available across Canada wherever the digital 1x network is available.
