The Calling Feature Package is priced at $10.00 per month. No service connection charges apply.

If you would like more than the 10 pre-determined features available in your Calling Feature Package, simply check off the other features you'd like to subscribe to as Options for this order. An additional fee of $1 per month per additional feature ($2 per month for Voice Mail) and service connection charge will apply*.

*A service connection charge will only be applicable if additional features are subscribed to after the original date of your subscription to Feature Package. If additional features are subscribed to after your original subscription to Feature Package, a $9.00 service connection charge will apply.

  • Substitutions of the features within the package are not permitted, however any of the pre-determined 10 features in the Calling Feature Package can be deactivated or activated at any time.
  • Rotary dial customers are not eligible for the Calling Feature Package.
  • A maximum of three Ident-A-Call and/or Data-Ident-A-Call numbers are available for the main telephone number, however only one Ident-A-Call and 1 Data-Ident-A-Call per Calling Feature Package can be included. Each additional Ident-A-Call and/or Data-Ident-A-Call will be charged at the add-on rate of $1 per month per feature.
  • Calling Features are available in most areas. Some restrictions apply.
  • Only one Calling Feature Package is allowed per main telephone number.
  • Residential Voice Mail and Business Voice Mail are available to residential customers at the discounted rate of $2 per month only if they subscribe to the Calling Feature Package.


There are no service connection charges when you sign up, and you can add or make changes to your account at anytime for free. It’s easy – just sign up and save!
