Server monitoring and reporting

Our Monitoring solution for Hosted Services collects, analyzes and summarizes data from your SaskTel servers. The solution polls servers, collecting Simple Network Management Protocol data every 15 minutes. The data from these polls is averaged to obtain hourly, daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

The data collected is summarized in five reports, accessed through a password protected, secure web interface portal. The web portal may be accessed using any Internet connection. The following outlines the types of monitoring available:
