Visual Voice Mail (VVM) lets you quickly and easily view, listen, and manage your voice mail messages right on your smartphone using an email-like interface. You can use Visual Voice Mail anywhere there is wireless 4G coverage or Wi-Fi.

Product Details

  • View and listen to messages in any order you want (not the order they came in).
  • Listen to and delete messages without having to dial into your voice mail service.
  • Audio functionality lets you play, pause, slide ahead or backward within a particular message.
  • View all of your voice mail messages in one convenient email-like inbox.

Visual Voice Mail is available on the following smartphones:

  • iPhones with iOS 4 or higher
    • If you have iOS 4.0, you must connect your device to iTunes after subscribing to Visual Voice Mail in order to update the device carrier settings. This step is not required for iPhones with iOS 5.0 as the carrier settings get pushed to the device over-the-air (an alert will appear on the device from Apple indicating an update is available).
  • Android smartphones with operating system version 2.1 or higher
    • After subscribing to Visual Voice Mail, you must download the SaskTel Visual Voice Mail app from the Android Market (available on the device), then open the app on their device to initiate service.
  • 4G BlackBerry smartphones with operating system OS 6.0 (Bundle 2647 or higher), OS 7.0, or higher
    • After subscribing to Visual Voice Mail, you must click the Visual Voice Mail Setup icon on your device to install the Visual Voice Mail app. Once installed, open the app to initiate service.
    • Note: Visual Voice Mail is not available on the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 smartphone.

    Visual Voice Mail requires the following SaskTel services:

    • Wireless Voice Mail,
    • a Data plan, and
    • Text Messaging (pay-per-use or subscription).

    Note: Visual Voice Mail is not available on Prepaid service.
