Call Forward Universal redirects your calls to another designated phone, like your cellular, so you'll always be accessible. You have control over the Call Forward Universal feature, where your calls are forwarded to and when they are to be no longer forwarded.
Just dial *72. After hearing three short beeps followed by a dial tone, enter the phone number you want your call forwarded to. See the Calling Features User Guide for detailed instructions. To cancel Call Forward Universal, enter *73.

Business Calling Features are priced at $5.00 per feature per month.
A service connection charge of $9.00 will apply. If multiple Calling Features are ordered per session, you will only be charged one service connection charge.

Subscribe to our Calling Feature Package and get our 10 most popular calling features for only $10 per month! No service connection charges will apply to the Calling Feature Package.
