- Designed for customers who want to make regular conference calls and manage these calls themselves.
- Customers are given their own pass codes to use any time, without having to book the call in advance. Perfect for groups that need to hold conference calls without notice. You can think of this service as your own private conference room available whenever you need it.
- Can accommodate up to 125 participants.

Unattended - Conferencing for the scheduled meeting - 28¢/minute/line |

- This is an event-specific service where a reservation is required.
- Moderator phones to book a one time conference call and is provided a dial-in number and passcodes for their scheduled meeting.
- Codes become available only at the time that the client has requested a conference (10 minutes prior to start time).
- Can accommodate up to 125 participants.

Attended - For private sessions with a professional touch - 37¢/minute/line |

- This is an event-specific service where a reservation is required.
- Moderator phones in to book a one-time conference call.
- Participants dial into a toll free number and/or the operator can dial out to participants.
- The operator meets, screens, and greets participants, as well as provides operator assistance throughout the call.
- 48 hour advance booking is required.
- Can accommodate up to 30 participants

Event Call - When personal attention matters most - 45¢/minute/line |

- This is an event-specific service where a reservation is required.
- Moderator phones in to book a one-time conference call.
- Dedicated operators will greet and screen participants at the start of your meeting.
- A professional announcer will kick off the call with scripted meeting and speaker introductions.
- A dedicated Event Manager will always be available before, during, and after your meeting. They'll also provide event hosts and participants with personalized help with troubleshooting, Q&A, sub-conferencing, and polling from start to finish. Moderators can request a participant list of all attendees.
- 48 hour advance booking is required.
- Can accommodate up to 3000 participants

- This option allows you to access a call that was recorded for playback.
- The cost of this option is the same as if the caller was a participant on the original call.
