Smartphone Plans

Smartphone plans allow you to use data services, such as email, Internet and instant messaging on your Smartphone or BlackBerry™ device.

The plan you choose will depend on what type of device you have, and whether you would prefer unlimited access to certain data services, or a bucket of data that can be used for any data services.

Talk, Text & Data Plans -
Starting at $45/month

Internet, E-mail, IM & Features plans
Get access to the services and features you need so you can use your device as much as you want without having to worry about being charged for overages.

**Plans 'with Features' include unlimited Text Messaging, Voice Mail and Call Display.

Smartphone Internet, E-mail & IM with Features** Plan - $40/month
Data Service Plans
Get access to a bucket of data that can be used for Internet, E-mail, Instant Messaging and tethered data.
BlackBerry Service Plans -
starting at $15/month
Smartphone Service Plans - starting at $15/month

You will also need a wireless calling plan if you want to use your Smartphone to make voice calls (excluding the Talk, Text & Ultimate Data Plan).

Smartphone plans are only available on Smartphones and BlackBerry devices.

Tethered Data
You can use your Smartphone or BlackBerry device as a wireless modem to connect your laptop to the Internet. This is called "Tethered Data". Tethered Data is included in the BlackBerry Service Plans and Smartphone Service Plans, and can be added to any of the Internet, E-mail, IM & Features plans upon request.

Data coverage
Data services such as Internet, E-mail and Instant Messaging can be used in any area with digital coverage (4G, EV-DO, or 1xRTT) See Coverage and Roaming for more information.
