  • Billing for LiveExpert begins when you order the service. If you haven't installed the software we will try and contact you but ultimately it is your responsibility to download and install it on your computer.

If you decide that SaskTel LiveExpert is for you:

  1. Check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to receive SaskTel LiveExpert.
  2. Call 1-800-SASKTEL (1-800-727-5835) to order SaskTel LiveExpert.
  3. After ordering you will receive a welcome email. Click on the download LiveExpert link you will find in this email.
  4. At the download page read and accept the Terms of Service Agreement.
  5. You will be prompted to download the LiveExpert Software. Click download. The software will be installed on your PC and an initial scan and tune up will begin. (Scan and tune up not applicable on a Mac).

 

At any point during the download/installation you may connect with a LiveExpert agent via online chat by clicking the chat icon on the download page.

The download and installation of the software takes approximately 30-45 min. The subsequent first optimization and clean-up may take hours, depending on the condition, size and speed of your PC.
