Are you getting a new telephone number, but haven't had enough time to tell everyone? Basic Intercept Service prevents missed calls by providing callers with your new number.

If you have moved or changed phone numbers, subscribing to Intercept Service for Home will let your callers know that the number they have dialed is no longer in service and will provide them with your new phone number.

A caller, dialing a non-working number or a number that has been changed, will be connected to the intercept system. This system will cross reference the old number to the new number and an automated voice will advise the caller of the new number. The caller must then dial the new number.

*Intercept Service is payable up-front and will be charged on your final bill. Depending on the number of months you would like Intercept Service on your old line, your bill will be reflected accordingly. This charge is non-refundable.
