5G and LTE Network Enhancements

We're always working hard to deliver the wireless experience you expect. We continue to make ongoing enhancements to our world-class 5G and LTE network, which includes cellular site additions, high-capacity equipment installations, software upgrades, network optimization, and adding radio spectrum. With these enhancements, overall performance has improved by approximately 50%, call completions are at 98%, and call drops are less than 1%. While technology will never be 100% reliable, we're committed to continuing to enhance our network to provide our customers with the best experience.
