Mentorship – Mentorship programs are designed to link students with work site role models who can provide support and encouragement. At SaskTel, we partner with various students to reinforce the importance of education and enable students to see our technology and learn about working in an office environment. The mentorship program also gives students an opportunity to talk to an adult about various issues and seek guidance.

Career fairs – Career fairs are events that enable various employers to provide information to students. SaskTel attends various career fairs throughout Saskatchewan. Some of the fairs are for elementary schools where students can learn about exciting technology and what education to pursue for future careers. Other fairs are for high school students where students learn about job opportunities and the importance of attending post-secondary school. The post-secondary school fairs cover co-op employment opportunities as well as career opportunities upon completion of their post-secondary education.
