SaskTel selectWI-FI coming to Mosaic Place and other City of Moose Jaw facilities

Today SaskTel announced that it has reached an agreement with the City of Moose Jaw to bring selectWI-FI to Mosaic Place and 8 other city-run facilities. Once selectWI-FI launches at these facilities SaskTel customers will have access to free and unlimited Wi-Fi at some of the most popular venues in Moose Jaw. Please refer to the attached appendix for a complete list of locations.

SaskTel anticipates that selectWI-FI will launch at Mosaic Place in September, in time for the Moose Jaw Warriors 2017/18 regular season home opener. The other 8 facilities will have selectWI-FI installed over the coming year.

SelectWI-FI provides SaskTel customers with free and unlimited Internet access in over 2,000 locations spread across 25 communities in Saskatchewan, making it the largest Wi-Fi network in the province. In Moose Jaw, selectWI-FI is already available at over 100 coffee shops, restaurants, doctor’s offices, and other businesses throughout the city.

Connecting to the selectWI-FI network is simple. SaskTel wireless customers using a 4G or 4G LTE wireless device will automatically connect to the network when their device has Wi-Fi enabled. Alternatively, for customers using a laptop or tablet that is not connected to the SaskTel cellular network, they can access Wi-Fi through their mySaskTel account.
