The Mitel 400 Hospitality Package includes 3 components. The right combination for your business is determined by the number of rooms, the need for special functions, and available infrastructure.

1. Property Management System (PMS)

The world-renowned Micros Fidelio interface is the market standard for hotels and businesses offering guest management services. Many applications are certified to guarantee reliability and simple functionality.

2. Hospitality Manager

Web-based solution application that can be used with any operating system with no installation costs. Up to 5 parallel workstations can be setup for reception, back office, and cleaning service managers, on a computer, a tablet, or smartphone.

3. MiVoice 5380 and 5380 IP phones

The MiVoice 5380 phone can be used as a reception and operator phone. Entries can be made with just 2 clicks and incoming calls can be answered without leaving an ongoing check-in operation. The phone can also be used to complement the application and a night security guard can simply check in guests arriving late using the phone.
