LoRaWAN
The Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN®) specification is a Low Power, Wide Area (LPWA) networking protocol designed to use unlicensed spectrum to wirelessly connect battery operated ‘things’ to the internet and targets key Internet of Things (IoT) requirements such as bi-directional communication, end-to-end security, mobility and localization services.
LoRaWAN may be of interest to your business if you use IoT applications that are low cost, use low data rates, require long battery life, and operate in remote and hard to reach locations.
