  • The Roam & Relax Travel Add-ons are available to any new or existing postpaid wireless subscriber.
  • You cannot share a Travel Add-on with other wireless numbers on the same account.
  • Customers can subscribe to multiple Business Roam & Relax US Travel Add-ons or multiple Business Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons at the same time.
  • To take advantage of the data roaming rates included in a Roam & Relax U.S. or Roam & Relax International add-on, you must have a plan that includes data. Voice component of any Roam & Relax add-on is not available on data-only rate plans.

Business Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Packs

  • Business R&R U.S. 30 has a 7-day duration, Business R&R U.S. 40 has a 15-day duration, and Business R&R U.S. 55 has a 30-day duration. If you're travelling longer than the duration period, a second Roam & Relax travel add-on can be purchased by calling 1.844.SASKTEL (1.844.727.5835) once the first one is active.
  • Business R&R U.S. 80 has a 60-day duration. If you're travelling longer than the duration period, a second Roam & Relax travel add-on can be purchased by calling 1.844.SASKTEL (1.844.727.5835) once the first one is active.
  • The Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Pack usage area includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the country of Guam.
  • The Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Packs include unlimited picture messages (MMS) that will:
    • Cover ALL MMS which also includes video messaging and text messages (over 140 characters).
    • Data usage to send or receive a picture message will apply.
  • To take advantage of the data roaming rates included in a Business Roam & Relax U.S. add-on, you must have a plan that includes data. Voice component of any Business Roam & Relax add-on is not available on data-only rate plans.
  • Business Roam & Relax U.S. add-ons are not available to customers on plans that include U.S. voice and data.
  • If you go over the voice or data included in your Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Pack, roaming charges apply. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.

Business Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons

  • Business Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons are only available to select countries. See list here.
  • Business Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons that include texting and calling cover both incoming and outgoing calls and texts while you're in an eligible roaming country, regardless of the other number's location.
  • If you go over the voice, text messaging and data included in your Business Roam & Relax International Travel Add-on, additional roaming charges will apply. See International travel rates.
  • If you're on a Business VIP or Business Unlimited Canada, U.S. & Mexico 150 plan and also subscribe to a Roam & Relax International Travel Add-on, usage in Mexico will come out of the travel pack before the Mexico calling, texting, and data included in your plan.

Business Roam & Relax International Data

  • The $25 Roam & Relax International Travel Add-on is only available in countries that have a $15/MB pay-per-use data roaming rate. This add-on will reduce the price per MB from $15/MB down to $10/MB. International travel rates.
