We leverage advanced Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software to efficiently oversee, manage, plan, design, and support our Data Centres and clients’ environments.
We guarantee at least 99.99% operational uptime availability as part of your service agreement.
We adhere to stringent Data Centre standards and policies, including ASHRAE 2011 Environmental Class A1 guidelines.
All our Data Centres feature a reinforced, three-tiered security system to protect your equipment:
- 24/7/365 monitoring, alarming, and physical security
- IP camera surveillance
- Two-level access and authentication system to the data centre featuring biometric scanning and card-swipe systems

| Security | Select additional security as needed, including lockable doors, card-swipe access for a cage of six or more racks, biometric access for a cage of six or more racks, and the option to install your own monitoring systems. |
| Migration planning | We can help you design the best migration plan for your environment that adapts to your current situation and mitigates any possible downtime risks. |
| Remote hands and eyes | Maximize operational up-time and reduce costs by eliminating the need to dispatch your own personnel to on-site locations for simple tasks such as swapping devices, securely destroying media, mounting servers, rebooting servers, and configuring servers. |
| Equipment installation | We will coordinate and execute the installation of your equipment in our data centre — ship us your fully-ready equipment and we'll take care of the rest. |
