- Local access service rate depends on your location. Excess mileage and extended area charges may also apply in certain areas.

- Unlimited rates apply when you dial from your home phone to numbers in Canada and the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Calls to Mexico are not included.
Feature Package
- A service connection charge will only be applicable if additional features are subscribed to after the original date of your subscription to Feature Package. If additional features are subscribed to after your original subscription to Feature Package, a $9.00 service connection charge will apply.
- Substitutions of the features within the package are not permitted; however, any of the pre-determined 10 features in the Calling Feature Package can be deactivated or activated at any time.

- Only one Calling Feature Package is allowed per main phone number.
- Residential Voice Mail and Business Voice Mail are available to residential customers at the discounted rate of $2 per month only if they subscribe to the Calling Feature Package.
