Service Representative (SaskTel Store)
This is an exciting role where you will sell all types of SaskTel products and services in our SaskTel stores located throughout Saskatchewan. Your goal is to offer a positive customer experience by identifying the customer's needs and requirements, recommending solutions to benefit the customer and finalizing the sale. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer and public inquiries. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales and customer service and a proven sales track record.
Education and experience required: 2 years experience in a sales role
You’ll develop business solutions and deliver sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to secure sales opportunities.
Education and experience required: Certificate in Business Administration or Marketing or Technical Institute Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering AND 3-5 years experience in sales.
You’ll manage projects with consistent project management methodologies, skills, tools, and techniques. You’ll anticipate and manage the needs of our client base and deliver both great customer service and value.
Education and experience required: Certificate in Business Administration or Marketing with 3 years current experience in one or a combination of the following areas OR Level 30 English with a minimum of 5 years current experience in one or a combination of the following areas:
- Voice equipment install or voice provisioning
- Wireless install or design
You’ll contact assigned customer accounts to sell integrated voice/data/image products, services, and solutions. You’ll also be responsible for setting and meeting personal revenue goals, including win-backs, new revenue, and the protection of existing revenue. You’ll be a leader of the account team who develops strong customer relationships and ensures a high level of customer service.
Education and experience required:
Degree in Administration/Commerce/Marketing/Computer Science with a thorough knowledge of sales techniques typically gained with 1 year experience in a sales/marketing/technical role OR
Diploma in Administration/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Computer Science Diploma in Information Systems/Data Processing/Computer Technology with a thorough knowledge of Sales techniques typically gained with 2 years experience in a sales/marketing/technical role OR
Certificate in Administration with a thorough knowledge of sales techniques typically gained with 3
years experience in a sales/marketing/technical role
