Rate plans

General

• Before subscribing to a rate plan, you must agree to our Wireless Service terms of service (PDF) and our Wireless Data Service Plans terms and conditions (PDF).
• HD Voice requires a compatible device and LTE coverage. See Understanding HD Voice.
• If you have a device that's capable of Wi-Fi Calling, Wi-Fi Calling is available on all plans that include unlimited calling in Canada. See Wi-Fi Calling.
• All wireless rate plans provide access to SaskTel selectWI-FI. See Using SaskTel selectWI-FI.
• 5G is available to SaskTel postpaid business wireless customers who are:
  • On a Business VIP Unlimited or Business Unlimited plan, Business VIP plan, Business shareMORE plan, or Business Mobile Internet plan;
  • Have a SaskTel 5G-certified device; and
  • Are in a 5G coverage area. When not in a 5G coverage area, the device will operate on the LTE network.
• For long distance rates outside Canada, see International travel rates.
• International long distance rates apply to calls you place to an international number (outside of Canada or U.S.) from within Canada. See International long distance rates.
• For U.S. voice and data roaming rates, see U.S. Travel.
• When making and receiving calls, airtime and long distance charges may apply, depending on your calling scenario and plan/add-ons you subscribe to. See Understanding wireless airtime and long distance charges.
• Plans which include Canada-wide or Canada & U.S. data are subject to the Wireless Data Fair Use Policy. For more information, see Understanding unlimited data, data caps, and usage limits.
• Pay-per-use text message rates apply while roaming outside of Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. See International travel rates.
• For text messages sent to locations outside of Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean, in addition to the pay-per-use rate for that country, there is an additional charge of $0.20/message. See Text messaging to other countries.
• A monthly 911 fee of $2.51 applies to each device. 911 fees are subject to change.
• An activation/service fee applies for each new or used phone activated on a SaskTel wireless rate plan.
• All prices and fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Voice + Data

*Data speeds are reduced to a maximum of 2 Mbps once the full-speed data amount is reached. For more information, see the Wireless Fair Use Policy.

• Include unlimited text, picture, and video messaging for messages sent and received while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.
• Data upload and download speeds, are not guaranteed and may vary due to several external factors including: the device being used, network congestion, distance from the cell site, local conditions, and cell tower technology.

Business VIP Unlimited & Business Unlimited

• Business VIP Unlimited and Business Unlimited plans are only available to new activations or port-ins from a competitor.
• Business VIP Unlimited 75 and Business Unlimited 75 has 1GB of U.S. Data included in the plan. Once used, the applicable Roam & Relax daily rates will be applied to the account.
• Business VIP Unlimited and Business Unlimited plans can only share data with other devices that also have a Business VIP Unlimited or Business Unlimited plan.
• Business VIP Unlimited and Business Unlimited U.S. data is not shareable with other devices.
• The Business VIP Unlimited CAN & U.S. and Business Unlimited CAN & U.S. plan cannot add Roam & Relax U.S. travel add-ons.
• Business Unlimited Data Only 1GB and 5GB can be added to any data-only device (e.g.: tablet, mobile internet device) that does not already have a rate plan. Business Unlimited Data Only plans can either be in a shared data group of data-only devices or can be in a shared data group which includes Business Unlimited Voice & Data plans.
• Bring your own device (BYOD) discount is available for eligible business customers and is $20 for Business VIP Unlimited and Business Unlimited plans. Data only plans cannot participate in the Bring Your Own Device discount.

Business VIP

• Business VIP 115 and 135 has 2GB of U.S. Data included in the plan. Once used, the applicable Roam & Relax daily rates will be applied to the account.
• Business VIP 60, Business VIP 80, Business VIP 115, and Business VIP 135 are non-shareable unlimited plans.
• Bring your own device (BYOD) discount is available for eligible business customers and is $10 for Business VIP plans.

Business shareMORE

• Customers on the Business shareMORE Canada & U.S. rate plan cannot add Roam & Relax U.S. add-ons.
• Customers can't add more than one device to a Business shareMORE data plan online. To add multiple devices to a shared plan, please Contact Us.
• Business shareMORE Data Plans may have a minimum or maximum number of devices allowed on a shared data bucket.
• On Business shareMORE Nationwide, and Business shareMORE Data Only, U.S. roaming is charged on all data used in the U.S. and is not taken out of the included bucket of data in each plan. For U.S. voice and data roaming rates, see Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.
• Bring your own device (BYOD) discount is available for eligible business customers and is $10 for Business shareMORE plans. Data only plans cannot participate in the Bring Your Own Device discount.

Talk + Text

• Unlimited calling in Canada to Canada & the U.S. can be used from within Canada to anywhere in Canada or the U.S.
• Includes unlimited text, picture, and video messaging, which includes messages sent and received while in Canada, the U.S., and parts of the Caribbean. See Caribbean countries with unlimited text messaging.

Mobile Internet

• Voice calling is $0.50/min.
• Business Mobile Internet Data is only available for usage in Saskatchewan.
• For best results, Mobile Internet plans are intended for use with a Mobile Internet device but can be added to any wireless device including phones and tablets.
• Data upload and download speeds are not guaranteed and may vary due to several external factors including: the device being used, network congestion, distance from the cell site, local conditions, and cell tower technology.
• Bring your own device (BYOD) discount is available for eligible business customers and is $15 for Business Mobile Internet plans.

Smartwatch

• Smartwatches have an activation fee of $50, subject to change.
• Current Fair Use Policy threshold for Business Smart Data 3 is 3 GB of full-speed Canada-wide data, and unlimited data at a reduced speed of 2 Mbps.
• Business Smart Data 3 requires the smartwatch to be paired with a phone that has a postpaid Business voice & data plan or Employee Purchase Plan. Primary device cannot be on a prepaid or data-only wireless rate plan.
• Smartwatch plans include access to the voice and messaging services from the paired phone's voice and data plan within Canada.
• Smartwatch cellular connectivity (eSIM) will not work outside of Canada. Subscribers can connect their watch to their phone with Bluetooth to make and receive calls and texts while travelling outside of Canada. Standard roaming rates will apply.
