If you’re still unable to reach a satisfactory resolution for a complaint about your services—including local or long-distance telephone service, wireless telephone service, or Internet service—you can contact the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS).
CCTS is an agency independent of the telecommunications industry. Its mandate is to resolve complaints by individual and small business retail customers about their telecommunications services, free of charge. You can learn more at the CCTS website or call toll-free at 1-888-221-1687.
If you have a complaint regarding a regulated service, contact the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), an independent agency of the Government of Canada.
