Take control of your conference calls—any time, any day. With On Demand teleconferencing, you get passcodes you can use any time. You’ll never have to book in advance. It’s perfect for groups that need to make conference calls with little or no notice.

GlobalMeet 125

GlobalMeet 125 makes it easy to join or host a meeting. Attendees can join using the device of their choice and experience quality audio, video, web, and screen sharing capabilities.

Start, schedule, and join web meetings in one click from the desktop app, Outlook toolbar, or mobile device. Easily upload slide decks, PDFs, documents, and videos to your cloud-based file library to share or present in a meeting. You can simultaneously webcam and share your screen or present a file, keeping your content front and center for a richer meeting experience. Up to six webcams can be shared during a meeting.

Attended

Give your calls a more professional touch! This is an event-specific service where a reservation is required. Attended teleconferencing connects you with an operator who meets, screens, and greets your participants—and is standing by during your call to make sure everything goes smoothly. Operator assistance is available throughout the call by pressing "0". Participants call a toll-free number or the operator can dial out to participants.

Event Call

Get every feature you need for important, one-time calls. All the moderator has to do is make a phone call to book your teleconference.

You’ll have professional help every step of the way. At the time you choose, dedicated operators greet and screen participants. There’s a professional announcer who kicks off the call with scripted meeting and speaker introductions.

Plus a dedicated event manager is available before, during, and after your meeting to help you, your hosts, and your attendees with troubleshooting, Q&As, sub-conferencing, and polling. Moderators can also request a participant list of all attendees.

Terms & conditions

If your account is not used for 365 consecutive days or more, your service will be deactivated and no longer available for use without prior notice by SaskTel.

Cancellation/ Unused Line Charges

  • Changes made to an Event call are subject to a reservation change fee (i.e. add or delete services/ports) per incident
  • Calls that are cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 90 days from the call start time are subject to a call cancellation fee
  • Calls that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours from the call start time are subject to a per line fee
    • For example, if a customer books a 100 participant call they will be billed for 100 x line fee
  • All Event calls are subject to no show fees, there is a 50 line leeway
    • For example: Customer books an Event Call for 200 participants but only 50 attend, the customer would be billed for 100 unused lines
  • If no participants show up i.e. non-cancellation of an Event call, they are subject to a per line fee
    • For example, if a customer books a 100 participant call, they will be billed for 100 x line fee
