How to order

Sign up in-store or online when you purchase your new phone. If you bought a phone in the last 60 days and want to sign up, just head down with your original receipt to any SaskTel Store or Authorized Dealer.

Filing a claim or service request

If something happens to your device, you have 60 days from the date of the incident to file a claim or service request. If your claim/service request is eligible, you can choose to get your wireless device repaired instead of receiving a replacement device.
