  • Customer must have base service (IBC or HCS) to have Admin as a Service
  • This is a contracted service and will not be offered month to month
  • Admin as a Service must co-terminate with base Service
  • Admin as a Service is not service impacting; it is just administrative changes
  • Changes will be made during SaskTel's business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST), excluding recognized holidays
