The Hiring Process
Submit Your Application
To apply for a job, find a current opportunity or future opportunity you're interested in, and click Apply at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked for the following information:
- Your personal details and contact information.
- Your employment history and job skills.
- A copy of your cover letter and resume (you'll be asked to copy and paste a text-only version of your cover letter and resume into the application).
- Any relevant transcripts, certifications, and reference letters, if applicable (these can be uploaded as attachments).
Once you click Submit, you'll receive an email confirming we've received your application. If you don't receive an email, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, please call us at 306.777.4220 to confirm your application was received.
If you're applying for a current job posting, you'll be considered for that specific job. If applying for future opportunities, your resume will be entered into our database for future consideration when opportunities become available. We'll keep your resume in our database for a maximum of 6 months.
The Application Process
After the job posting closes, all applications are reviewed and evaluated based on skills, education, and experience. You may be invited to take further steps in the application process. Check your email regularly. Depending on the position, next steps could involve a few additional questions over the phone, or it may require you to complete additional online assessments.
It may take anywhere from two to six weeks after the closing date before you're contacted. Only candidates moving on to the next phase of the hiring process will be contacted.
Your Interview
If you're among the most qualified candidates, we'll contact you to set up an interview. We want to know how you fit with our culture and business goals. If you haven't already provided proof of your educational credentials and a list of two or three supervisory references from your most recent places of employment, please bring them along with you to your interview.
Job Offer
If you're the top candidate, we'll call to offer you the job. If you accept, a contract letter will be sent to you. You will also be asked to provide an acceptable criminal background check.
