1. The Fully Loaded Giveaway (“The Giveaway”) will run from October 9 to November 9 (“Giveway Period”). There are 2 ways to enter the Giveaway (please see “How to Enter” below).

3. All entries must be received before the Giveaway Closing Date of November 9, 2026. SaskTel accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure, or breakdown of any kind or duration. 4. SaskTel will make a random draw from all eligible entries received. The Giveaway winners will be selected on or about December 6, 2026 in Regina. Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or pursuant to any alternative mode of contact that the entrant has provided to SaskTel. SaskTel will make 3 attempts to contact selected winners. If SaskTel is unable to contact a selected entrant after 3 attempts to do so within 3 weeks from the end of the Giveaway Period, another entrant will be selected. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. To be declared a winner, the selected entrants must answer a skill testing question.
5. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
6. SaskTel shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Giveaway Rules or any other aspect of the Giveaway and SaskTel's judgment or decision shall be final.

How to enter

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to Saskatchewan residents only who are at least 18 years of age and who are SaskTel maxTV or maxTV Stream service customers in Saskatchewan or persons who reside in Saskatchewan. Each winner will be the person whose name is recorded in SaskTel’s records as the customer account name for the maxTV or maxTV Stream service where the selected entrant has entered the Giveaway via entry method #1 above.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway:

1. Employees of SaskTelts parent corporation or its affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
2. Any SaskTel Dealers/Dealer employees and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
3. Any employee of any maxTV or maxTV Stream content provider, their parent corporations or their affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled).

Prizes
