Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or pursuant to any alternative mode of contact that the entrant has provided to SaskTel. SaskTel will make 3 attempts to contact selected winners. If SaskTel is unable to contact a selected entrant after 3 attempts to do so, another entrant will be selected. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. To be declared a winner, the selected entrants must answer a skill testing question.
5. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
6. SaskTel shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Giveaway Rules or any other aspect of the Giveaway and SaskTel's judgment or decision shall be final.
7. SaskTel retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or change for any reason, the start and/or end dates of the Giveaway, or to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway in part or as a whole for any reason.
8. SaskTel reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the Giveaway and to ban that individual from any future SaskTel contest who it finds or believes to be tampering with the Giveaway entry process, the operation of the Giveaway or is acting in violation of the Giveaway rules.

How to enter
Giveaway entrants can enter the Giveaway in one of the following ways:

1. Rent Wicked or Wicked: For Good on maxTV or maxTV Stream Movies on Demand between December 30, 2025, and January 30, 2026, and you will be automatically entered to win one of 2 Prize Packages. One rental equals one entry into the Giveaway. Multiple entries by this method of entry are allowed and are based on the number of rentals per SaskTel customer account number.
2. Free Entry Method: Mail-in entries must be received on or before the Giveaway Closing Date. Only 1 (one) mail-in entry per person per envelope is permitted during the Giveaway Period. To enter in this form, send your name, date of birth, and contact information to:

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to Saskatchewan residents only who are at least 18 years of age and who are SaskTel maxTV or maxTV Stream service customers in Saskatchewan or persons who reside in Saskatchewan. The winner will be the person whose name is recorded in SaskTel’s records as the customer account name for the maxTV or maxTV Stream service where the selected entrant has entered the Giveaway via entry method #1 above of the entrant using the Free Entry Method where that entrant is chosen as a winner.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway:

1. Employees of SaskTel, its parent corporation or its affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
2. Any SaskTel Dealers/Dealer employees and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
3. Any employee of NBC Universal., any maxTV or maxTV Stream content provider, their parent corporations or their affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled).

Prizes
2 (Two) Wicked: For Good themed prize packages (valued at $35.00 CAD per pack), each including 1 Funko Pop, 1 compact mirror, 1 reversible beanie, and 1 Emerald City journal.

1. Only one prize pack will be awarded per winning entrant.
2. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
3. In order to claim a prize pack in this Giveaway, the winning party must provide SaskTel with the following information:

NBC Universal makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of this Giveaway, its official rules, or any materials created by SaskTel for use in the Giveaway or promoting the Giveaway. NBC Universal is in no way responsible for administering, sponsoring, or fulfilling the Giveaway or for anything related to this Giveaway.
5. SaskTel reserves the right to make a substitution for the prize pack in whole or in part if the prize packs or any element of a prize pack is unavailable.
6. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant and each winner releases SaskTel, NBC Universal, and each of their officers and employees, from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway, including any liability resulting from the award and any use of the prize packs.
7. Winner Announcement: By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their names in publication of the names of the Giveaway winners by SaskTel in response to any request SaskTel might receive within 30 days of the Giveaway Closing Date. 8. By entering the Giveaway you agree that you have read and are bound by the Giveaway Rules and have complied with them.
9. SaskTel will not use information provided by you to develop product or service giveaways targeted directly at you resulting from your participation in the Giveaway, but may develop further product or service giveaways and marketing campaigns that are general in nature based on the total aggregate information provided to SaskTel by all participants in the Giveaway.
10. All personal information collected by SaskTel from entrants into this Giveaway is subject to SaskTel's Privacy Policy found at www.sasktel.com.
