Recognition is an amazing thing.

It’s certainly not the reason that SaskTel strives to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience.  Instead, it provides confirmation that SaskTel is meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

This year, J.D. Power ranked SaskTel “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Television Service Providers in the West” for the fourth consecutive year.

But that’s not all!

SaskTel also received high marks in the Wireless Customer Satisfaction Studies, ranking highest in wireless purchase experience and tied for highest in network quality (in the Western Region).

“The voice of our customer is very important to us, and that’s why these awards are so significant,” said Stacey Martin, Marketing Manager – Research Services.  “Through surveys administered by a third party, our customers are telling us they really appreciate how we do business with them.”

Fittingly, the awards were presented to SaskTel on International CX Day (October 5, 2016) by representatives of J.D. Power at the Consumer Sales Centre in Regina. (Pictured above.)

The event was hosted by Katrine White, SaskTel VP – Consumer Sales & Solutions.  It included remarks from SaskTel Chief Strategy Officer Stacey Sandison and Adrian Chung, SaskTel Director for the Utility & Infrastructure/Technology, Media & Telecom at J.D. Power in Canada.

“These types of awards are only made possible by our employees who are instrumental in providing the highest levels of service to our customers,” Stacey said.  “We look forward to welcoming back the people from J.D. Power for many years to come!”
