SaskTel today announced a unique offering that aims to help customers reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve mindfulness, and support their overall mental wellness. Together with Calm®, a leading mental health company, SaskTel and Lüm Mobile are excited to provide their wireless customers with free access to a Calm premium membership which offers a full suite of wellness resources designed to support mindfulness, relaxation, and mental well-being. This groundbreaking initiative is not only a first for SaskTel, but also for Calm in the Canadian market.

Calm offers hundreds of supportive tools like guided meditation, soundscapes, music and mindfulness exercises to help relieve stress and anxiety. Soothing Sleep Stories™ narrated by voices like Matthew McConaughey, Cynthia Erivo, Harry Styles, Colman Domingo and Camila Cabello aid in promoting restful sleep. For general mental wellness, Calm offers practices for everyday mental health, and daily check-ins to promote self-awareness and an improved quality of life.

SaskTel’s Calm offer launches today and is available to all SaskTel wireless business and consumer customers, including both postpaid and prepaid users as well as Lüm Mobile customers.

To activate the Calm premium membership, SaskTel wireless customers can text “Calm” to 42256 (4CALM) where they will be validated as a SaskTel wireless customer and sent a direct link to a Calm premium membership. Lüm Mobile customers can activate the Calm subscription in their myLüm account. Any SaskTel or Lüm Mobile customer that currently has a premium Calm subscription can take advantage of this offer at the expiry of their current Calm subscription.
