SaskTel maxTV and maxTV Stream customers who subscribe to Fully Loaded by November 9, 2026, and maintain their subscription through December 7, 2027, receive one (1) entry for a chance to win. Three (3) winners who successfully answer a skill testing question will receive 12 months of bill credits equal to the regular monthly rate of the applicable Fully Loaded package. Prizes do not include cost of additional equipment, channels, equipment, features, pay per view, video on demand rentals, or any other charges incurred for which regular SaskTel rates apply.

*Love Nature is included in maxTV Stream Next Level but is included with Fully Loaded on maxTV. Cottage Life and Makeful are included in maxTV Next Level but are included with Fully Loaded on maxTV Stream.

Fully Loaded Giveaway

1. The Fully Loaded Giveaway (“The Giveaway”) will run from October 9 to November 9 (“Giveway Period”). There are 2 ways to enter the Giveaway (please see “How to Enter” below).
2. No purchase necessary to enter.
3. All entries must be received before the Giveaway Closing Date of November 9, 2026. SaskTel accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure, or breakdown of any kind or duration. SaskTel reserves the right in its absolute discretion, without any liability to any entrant, to withdraw or modify the Giveaway should any of SaskTel's systems or its network be adversely affected by any virus or other similar destructive agent during the Giveaway Period.
4. SaskTel will make a random draw from all eligible entries received. The Giveaway winners will be selected on or about December 6, 2026 in Regina. Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or pursuant to any alternative mode of contact that the entrant has provided to SaskTel. SaskTel will make 3 attempts to contact selected winners. If SaskTel is unable to contact a selected entrant after 3 attempts to do so within 3 weeks from the end of the Giveaway Period, another entrant will be selected. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. To be declared a winner, the selected entrants must answer a skill testing question.
5. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
6. SaskTel shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Giveaway Rules or any other aspect of the Giveaway and SaskTel's judgment or decision shall be final.
7. SaskTel retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or change for any reason, the start and/or end dates of the Giveaway, or to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway in part or as a whole for any reason.
8. SaskTel reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the Giveaway and to ban that individual from any future SaskTel contest who it finds or believes to be tampering with the Giveaway entry process, the operation of the Giveaway or is acting in violation of the Giveaway rules.

How to enter

Giveaway entrants can enter the Giveaway in one or of the following ways:

1. Subscribe to Fully Loaded on maxTV or Fully Loaded on maxTV Stream between October 9, 2026 and November 9, 2026, and you will be automatically entered to win one Prize Package. One subscription equals one entry into the Giveaway. Multiple entries by this method of entry are not allowed.
2. Free Entry Method: Mail-in entries must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period. Only 1 (one) mail-in entry per person per envelope is permitted during the Giveaway Period. To enter in this form, send your name, date of birth, and contact information to:

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to Saskatchewan residents only who are at least 18 years of age and who are SaskTel maxTV or maxTV Stream service customers in Saskatchewan or persons who reside in Saskatchewan. Each winner will be the person whose name is recorded in SaskTel’s records as the customer account name for the maxTV or maxTV Stream service where the selected entrant has entered the Giveaway via entry method #1 above.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway:

1. Employees of SaskTelts parent corporation or its affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
2. Any SaskTel Dealers/Dealer employees and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled); or
3. Any employee of any maxTV or maxTV Stream content provider, their parent corporations or their affiliates, and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled).
4. Any persons who have previously subscribed to Fully Loaded on maxTV or Fully Loaded on maxTV Stream less than 120 days previous to October 9, 2026.

Prizes

3 prizes of a free Fully Loaded subscription for a year (value approximately $1,931.40)

1. Only one prize will be awarded per winning entrant.
2. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
3. In order to claim a prize in this Giveaway, the winning party must provide SaskTel with the following information:

4. SaskTel of 2121 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, S4P 3Y2, is the sole sponsor of this Giveaway. Any Fully Loaded partner makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of this Giveaway, its official rules, or any materials created by SaskTel for use in the Giveaway or promoting the Giveaway. Crave is in no way responsible for administering, sponsoring, or fulfilling the Giveaway or for anything related to this Giveaway.
5. SaskTel reserves the right to make a substitution for the prizes in whole or in part if the prizes or any element of a prizes is unavailable.
6. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant and each winner releases SaskTel, Crave, and each of their officers and employees, from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway, including any liability resulting from the award and any use of the prize packs.
7. Winner Announcement: By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their names in publication of the names of the Giveaway winners by SaskTel in response to any request SaskTel might receive within 30 days of the Giveaway closing date. To request a list of winners from SaskTel, one may send a letter addressing Giveaways and mailing it to 11 – 2121 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3Y2.
8. By entering the Giveaway you agree that you have read and are bound by the Giveaway rules and have complied with them.
9. SaskTel will not use information provided by you to develop product or service giveaways targeted directly at you as a result of your participation in the Giveaway but may develop further product or service giveaways and marketing campaigns that are general in nature based on the total aggregate information provided to SaskTel by all participants in the Giveaway.
10. The value of the prizes may change based on rate changes to a Fully Loaded subscription during the one year free subscription period for the successful winners in the Giveaway, in which case the value of the prizes to those winners will change accordingly.
11. All personal information collected by SaskTel from entrants into this Giveaway is subject to SaskTel’s Privacy Policy.
