Some maxTV and maxTV Stream channel and theme pack changes took place on October 22, 2025.

Channels discontinued across Canada

The following channels are no longer available on maxTV or maxTV Stream as the content provider has discontinued them across Canada:

• Family Channel (in the maxTV Family Time Plus theme pack or maxTV Stream Family theme pack)
• Family Jr. (in the maxTV Family Time Plus theme pack or maxTV Stream Family theme pack)
• WildBrainTV (in the maxTV Kids theme pack or maxTV Stream Family 2 theme pack)

maxTV theme pack changes

As a result of these channels being discontinued, we made the following changes to maxTV theme packs:

• Magnolia Network moved from the Watch & Learn theme pack to Lifestyle Plus.
• Stingray Juicebox moved from the Kids theme pack to Lifestyle Plus.

Magnolia and Stingray Juicebox are also now included for all subscribers of the Next Level package and higher.

The following channels also moved due to the channel discontinuations:

• USA Network moved from the Family Time Plus theme pack to Entertain Me.
• T+E moved from the Be You theme pack to Action & Adventure Plus.
• Love Nature moved from the Kids theme pack to Watch & Learn.
• One moved from the Be You theme pack to Take Me Back.

The Be You, Family Time Plus, and Kids theme packs have been removed because all their channels were discontinued or moved to another theme pack.

maxTV Stream theme pack changes

As a result of these channels being discontinued, we made the following changes to maxTV Stream theme packs:

• GSN: Game Show Network moved from the Life 3 theme pack to Family, and is now included for all subscribers of the Must Haves package and higher.
• Silver Screen Classics moved from the Family 2 theme pack to Life 3, replacing GSN.
• The Family 2 theme pack has been removed because all its channels were discontinued or moved to another theme pack.
