Doug Kosloski
Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Regulatory Affairs
Doug Kosloski is responsible for SaskTel’s Legal Department, Regulatory Affairs, Carrier Relations, Land and Easements, and is Chief Privacy Officer.
Doug was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Crown Investments Corporation (CIC) responsible for, among other things, Crown Sector Governance, Human Resources, Special Purpose Funds, and Indigenous Programs and has extensive knowledge of the Crown and private sectors.
He attended the University of Regina where he received a degree in Economics, and the University of Saskatchewan where he received both a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, and a Law degree.
He received his Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation in 2012 through McMaster University. Doug received the Queen’s Counsel (now King’s Counsel – K.C.) designation in 2014, which recognizes lawyers for exceptional merit and contributions to the legal profession.
He is a member of numerous boards and associations, including the Canadian Telecommunications Association.
