The Offer's advertised price is based on the combined price of infiNET 150 on a 24-month contract and the regular month to month price of maxTV Stream Intro as of November 14, 2025, less Offer credits and savings for bundling Internet, maxTV Stream, and Wireless. In the event the regular price for the TV package changes during the 24-month Offer period, the monthly dollar amount of the Offer credit for the TV portion will not change from $5 per month. Offer available for a limited time and may end at any time.

To be eligible for the Offer, a customer must:

• be a new residential Internet subscriber. A new residential Internet subscriber is defined as a one whose name is not on an account subscribed to SaskTel Internet;
• sign a new 2-year contract for infiNET 150, infiNET 300, infiNET 600, infiNET 1 Gig, interNET 50, interNET Extended 50, interNET 25, or interNET Extended 25 Internet service;
• be a new residential TV subscriber. A new residential TV subscriber is defined as one whose name has not been on an account subscribed to maxTV Stream or maxTV in the past 6 months. Business customers are not eligible;
• subscribe to SaskTel TV service (maxTV Stream or maxTV). Offer not available with maxTV Stream Lite, maxTV Lite, maxTV Stream TV Only, or maxTV TV Only packages; and
• subscribe to SaskTel TV service at the same time the new 2-year Internet contract is signed.

The regular monthly rate for the TV portion of the Offer applies after the 24-month term of the Offer ends.

• If a subscriber cancels Internet service during the 24-month promo, they will lose both TV ($5/month) and Internet monthly promo savings.
• If a subscriber cancels TV service during the 24-month promo but continues with their Internet service, they will retain their Internet monthly promo savings.
• If a subscriber cancels Internet service while under contract, early contract cancellation fees apply.
• The SaskTel TV (maxTV or maxTV Stream) price is month to month and may change during 24-month offer period.
• To ensure retention of the Offer pricing, subscribers must remain on the same Internet plan they signed up to.
• During the Offer period, subscribers are not allowed to switch TV services (e.g., maxTV Stream to maxTV) as this will result in the forfeiture of the $5/month TV monthly promo savings. However, subscribers may switch to another eligible TV package on the same TV service (e.g. maxTV Stream Intro to maxTV Stream Standard) during the Offer and retain the $5/month TV monthly promo savings, although the TV package price may vary. Switching to a Lite or TV Only TV package will result in the forfeiture of the $5/month TV monthly promo savings.
• Subscribers cannot put their Internet and TV service on seasonal (suspend TV and Internet) or partial-seasonal (suspend TV but leave Internet active) disconnect and retain the Offer pricing.
• The Offer cannot be combined with another TV or Internet introductory promotion. An introductory promotion is an offer for a new subscriber providing a discount off the regular price of the package or plan.
• If subscriber wants to select a different Internet service plan after the expiration of the 24-month contract term, they can do so from their mySASKTEL account or by contacting 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835).
• The Offer price does not include additional equipment, features, additional theme packs, channels, equipment, video on demand rentals, or any other charges incurred for which regular SaskTel rates apply.

maxTV Stream media box (Gen 2) (the "Offer")

• Offer available for a limited time and may end at any time.
• Offer only available to new maxTV Stream subscribers. New subscribers are considered those who have not had maxTV Stream within the last 12 months.
• To be eligible for the Offer, a customer must:
  • Subscribe to maxTV Stream Standard, maxTV Stream Must Haves, maxTV Stream Next Level, or maxTV Stream Fully Loaded.
• Offer not available to subscribers taking maxTV Stream Intro, maxTV Stream Lite, or maxTV Stream TV Only.
• Limit of 1 media box at Offer price of $0.
• Offer only available at the time of signing up to maxTV Stream service.
• Can not combine the Offer with $99 maxTV Stream media box (Gen 2) Offer.
• Additional maxTV Stream media boxes (Gen 2) must be purchased at full retail price ($139).
• If subscriber cancels maxTV Stream or changes to maxTV Stream Lite or maxTV Stream TV Only, within 6 months from the purchase date and keeps any media boxes, a fee of $100 will be billed to subscriber's account. The $100 fee can be reversed by returning media box(es) to SaskTel.
