How to order
Sign up in-store or online when you purchase your new phone. If you bought a phone in the last 60 days and want to sign up, just head down with your original receipt to any SaskTel Store or Authorized Dealer.
Filing a claim or service request
If something happens to your device, you have 60 days from the date of the incident to file a claim or service request. If your claim/service request is eligible, you can choose to get your wireless device repaired instead of receiving a replacement device. - The Roam & Relax Travel Add-ons are available to any new or existing postpaid wireless subscriber.
- The Roam & Relax Travel Add-ons are NOT available to noSTRINGS Prepaid customers.
- You cannot share a Travel Add-on with other wireless numbers on the same account.
- Customers cannot subscribe to multiple Roam & Relax US Travel Add-ons or multiple Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons at the same time. Customers can subscribe to a Roam & Relax US add-on and a Roam & Relax International Travel Add-on at the same time.
- Roam & Relax U.S. and International Travel Packs and International Data Add-on
- R&R U.S. 40 and R&R U.S. 60 have a 30-day duration. R&R U.S. 80 has a 60 day duration. If you're travelling longer than the duration period, a second Roam & Relax travel add-on can be purchased by calling 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835) once the first one is active.
- Roam & Relax International Travel Add-ons are only available in countries that have a $0.07/MB pay-per-use data roaming rate.
- Roam & Relax International Data Travel Add-ons are only available in countries that have a $15/MB pay-per-use data roaming rate.
- The Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Pack usage area includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the country of Guam.
- The Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Packs include unlimited picture messages (MMS) that will:
- Cover ALL MMS which also includes video messaging and text messages (over 140 characters).
- Data usage to send or receive a picture message will apply.
- To take advantage of the data roaming rates included in a Roam & Relax U.S. or Roam & Relax International add-on, you must have a plan that includes data. Voice component of any Roam & Relax add-on is not available on data-only rate plans.
- Roam & Relax U.S. add-ons are not available to customers on plans that include U.S. voice and data.
- If you go over the voice or data included in your Roam & Relax U.S. Travel Pack, roaming charges apply. See Understanding Roam & Relax U.S. Daily Rates.
- If you go over the voice, text messaging and data included in your Roam & Relax International Travel Pack, additional roaming charges will apply. Additional usage in Mexico will be billed at pay per day rates. See Understanding Roam & Relax Mexico Daily rates. Additional usage charges of $0.07/MB, $0.10/minute and $0.10/message will apply in all other countries.
- If you're on a totalSHARE Canada, U.S. & Mexico plan and also subscribe to a Roam & Relax International Travel Pack, usage in Mexico will come out of the travel pack before the Mexico calling, texting, and data included in your plan.
